By downloading, installing, or using the Massage Controller mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Massage Controller is a mobile application that allows users to control vibration patterns using gaming controllers (PlayStation, Xbox) connected via Bluetooth, or using the device's built-in vibration motor. The App provides various vibration patterns, intensity controls, and customization features.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of gaming controllers or mobile devices
• Share or distribute custom patterns that contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Controller Usage

• Gaming controllers must be used in accordance with their respective manufacturer's guidelines and terms of use
• Users are responsible for ensuring controllers are compatible and in good working condition
• Follow all safety instructions provided by Sony (PlayStation), Microsoft (Xbox), and other controller manufacturers
• Any misuse of gaming controllers that violates manufacturer guidelines is strictly prohibited

5.2 Physical Safety

• Use the App responsibly and at your own risk
• Be aware of the intensity settings and start with lower intensities
• Discontinue use immediately if you experience any discomfort, pain, or adverse reactions
• Do not use damaged gaming controllers with the App
• Ensure gaming controllers are properly charged to maintain stable Bluetooth connections

The App operates without requiring user authentication or personal accounts. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Firebase services (app performance and crash reporting)
• Platform-specific services (Google Play Services, Apple services)

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for any damage to gaming controllers, mobile devices, or other hardware that may result from use of the App. Users assume all risks associated with hardware compatibility and usage.

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. You acknowledge that:

• Advertisements are provided by third parties
• We do not endorse or guarantee any advertised products or services
• Your interaction with advertisements is subject to the advertiser's terms and policies

11. App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of the app store from which you downloaded the App (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or app store updates. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of European Union, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.
